Monica's education from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition combined with her double Honors BA degree in Psychology and Sociology allows her to address the challenges many individuals face when it comes to everyday healthy living.
Monica’s main goal is to give people the knowledge and skills required to empower them to make healthy choices in their day to day lives. Keeping things simple & realistic is her motto, as true change does not happen overnight. Her areas of interest include, but are not limited to, weight loss, women’s health, hormonal imbalance, detoxification, digestive health, fitness, etc.
Monica is realistic in understanding the obstacles that people face day-to-day and takes the time to get to know you, your schedule, and your interests and preferences in order to create an individual plan that works.
Health and well-being are at the foundation of everything we do. It takes personal integrity, discipline and dedication to stick with a healthy lifestyle. Monica believes there are absolutely no limits except the ones we place on ourselves.

Monica's Philosophy for healthy eating...
Everything in moderation.
Food is one of life's greatest pleasures. Have fun with food, indulge in a treat occasionally and give yourself permission to enjoy your favorite, not-so-healthy, meal once in a while. Healthy eating shouldn't be about deprivation – it's about making good choices most of the time for sustained success.
